Triumph Sprint ST 1050 Full Service Histor ( FSH) 23000 miles in Morpeth, Northumberland for sale
2007 Triumph Sprint ST 1050 for Sale in Blue. Firstly I haven't had a chance on a dry day to get the bike out and take a load of photo's but wanted to start advertising this as soon as I could so watch this space. I'll be doing that on Wednesday or Thursday (10th or 11th August). The bike has slightly over 23000 miles on at the time of listing it for sale and a full service history with the booked last stamped at 20172 miles. If it is genuinely going to make the difference and secure a sale I'll have an oil and filter service done with the booked stamped for the new owner once the sale is agreed and a deposit received. Completely HPI clear and I have the print out to that effect dated February this year I was supplied with from the dealer I bought the bike from. Comes with two keys, all previous MOT's, the original owners handbook and even the factory supplied tool kit. MOT'd till March 2017 The bike has the "Alpha Dot" security markings system similar to the DATATAG system and the certificate to accompany it. As to the condition of the bike I hope you'll agreed it's a very nice machine to look at. The tyre's both have loads of miles left in the and the chain has been well looked after and is gleaming. The paint work is in all round good condition as you would expect and the only thing I have seen to mention is an unfortunate crack in the plastic of the rear bodywork/seat surround that was there when I bought it. As means of disclaimer I'd point out this is not a new bike at 9 years old but I and the people before me have clearly been like minded and taken care of this bike. I was amazed how quickly I felt confident in this bike; in around 50 miles while riding back from buying it. It so genuinely comfortable, easy to ride and confidence inspiring in it's handling. I've been getting over 50-53 MPG with it though I've never pushed it hard. The wind protection is surprising good and I'm a tall person. As to the reason for the sale; I've had three bike since the start of the year after coming back to biking after five years off. I lost a good friend to a biking incident back then. I bought a Suzuki Intruder 1500 thinking to get away from sports bikes but hated it, then a Kawasaki ZX12R but it was not what I remembered biking being to me so I thought...sports tourer. I have now come to realise that my passion and love of biking might just be gone and I'm not enjoying being out on a bike anymore. So, this bike is for sale now. I've done around 700 miles on it in four ride outs and I do think it is an excellent bike but a lovely motor powering it. Since I bought this from a dealer I understand I'm not gong to recuperate what I paid for it but I've already priced it lower than what I spent. I am open to offers but will have to decline or ignore anything unreasonable. If you want anymore photo's or information I will do my best as quickly as I can.
