ULTIM8 FITNESS LS7000 extended stride elliptical cross trainer crossfit. This machine is intended for a gym. We bought it directly from a gym supplier. It is high quality & heavy with body fat monitors & bmi calculator. My gym in town uses the same models. It cost £1200 2yrs ago, has been fully serviced & comes with full instructions & service oil. We no longer use it as we now run outside & I have a gym membership but it was great when the kids were babies & we couldn't get outside to exercise. I lost 3 stone on it, just using it every 2 days with the TV on, my husband lost 2 stone. Chance for an excellent quality machine at a great price. We'd tried cheap machines from Argos etc & decided we wanted a real gym machine to use at home as we couldn't get out to the gym then. It's fab. We just put Netflix on & then do 35mins on it. Fab machine. The LS7000 Elliptical Cross Trainer is a great looking trainer with a solid gym feel and incorporates variable stride length adjustment, allowing you to adjust the stride length giving the machine a smooth club like feel (this is particularly comfortable for taller users). The LS7000 also has one of the most sophisticated blue backlit computers available on the market today with over 16 programmes including 2 user definable, heart rate control and fitness tests. There is a built in Body Fat computer which can provide feedback on your % of body fat and your body mass index so you can truly see your progress.
